The Forgotten Truth About the Creation of Man and Woman
(What Really Happened on the Sixth Day – According to Bereshith and the Book of Jubilees)
For generations we have been taught a version of the Creation story that does not match what the Scriptures actually say.
We were told that man was created on the sixth day, and that the woman was created later, at an unspecified time—yet this interpretation contradicts the original Hebrew, the restored Scriptures, and the ancient testimony of Jubilees.
Even worse, Bereshith (Genesis) 1:27 has been misused by many to justify modern confusion:
“So Elohiym created Âdâm in His own image, in the image of Elohiym He created him; male and female He created them.”
(Bereshith / Genesis 1:27 – Dabar Yahuah Scriptures)
This does not mean Adam was both male and female, nor does it justify homosexuality or lesbianism. Instead, it reveals a deeper truth that mainstream doctrine has completely ignored.
To understand what really happened, we must look at what the Scriptures actually say—especially the Book of Jubilees, which Mosheh used as a non-chronological guide.
1. All Human Spirits Were Created on the First Day
Most believers have never heard this truth:
“For on the first day He created the heavens which are above, and the earth, and the waters, and all the spirits who serve before Him—the angels… and the spirits of all humanity.”
(Jubilees 2:2, 2:3)
This means:
✔ Every human spirit—men and women—was created on Day 1
✔ The creation of the body happened later
✔ The spirit (ruach) precedes the flesh
This single truth already changes the entire understanding of the Creation narrative.
2. Man Became a Living Being on the Sixth Day
Bereshith 2:7 makes this clear:
“And Yahuah Elohiym formed Âdâm of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and Âdâm became a living being.”
(Bereshith / Genesis 2:7)
The ruach that Yahuah breathed into Adam was the very spirit created on the first day.
Thus:
Adam’s spirit existed before his body.
3. Adam’s Physical Body Was Formed Before the Woman — But She Was Also Created on the Sixth Day
This is where misunderstanding begins.
Traditional teaching says:
“Adam on Day 6, Eve later.”
But Jubilees corrects this error with precision:
“And on the sixth day, Yahuah created man and woman.”
(Jubilees 2:14)
How can this be, if Eve appears later in the narrative?
Because—and this is the key:
Mosheh did not write Genesis in chronological order.
The events of Genesis 1 are sequential.
The events of Genesis 2 are topical, not chronological.
This is why:
- Adam’s spirit → created on Day 1
- Adam’s body → formed on Day 6
- The woman (Chawwah) → also created on Day 6
- But Adam did not meet her until the second week
4. Adam Did Not Know Chawwah Until the Second Week
Genesis 2:20 explains:
“But for Adam there was found no helper suitable for him.”
Why was no helper found?
Because the woman had not yet been presented—even though she was already created.
During the first week, Adam:
✔ Named the animals
✔ Observed creation
✔ Realized he was alone
✔ Was prepared to receive the woman Yahuah had created
Then, in the second week, something extraordinary happened.
Jubilees reveals:
“And on the second week, Yahuah brought the woman to Adam.”
(Jubilees 3:1–3)
This means:
✔ Chawwah was created on Day 6
✔ Chawwah was presented to Adam in Week 2
✔ The “delay” is why Adam did not know she existed
This perfectly harmonizes Bereshith and Jubilees.
Final Truth — Bereshith and Jubilees Both Agree
Contrary to modern misunderstandings:
Adam and Chawwah were BOTH created on the sixth day.
Adam only met her in the second week.
This restores the clarity of Scripture and eliminates the confusion caused by mistranslation and tradition.
Why This Matters Today
Because the enemy has twisted the Creation story to produce:
❌ false doctrines
❌ gender confusion
❌ distortion of Yahuah’s design
❌ misuse of Genesis 1:27
❌ corruption of the truth about male and female creation
But the restored Scriptures reveal the original truth from Yahuah Himself.
